Each pearl is unique, and to assure your satisfaction with your purchase, each piece of jewelry is photographed individually using only natural lighting.

Are your pearls truly Tahitian Pearls
?
Answer :
Of course! Every piece of pearl jewelry is delivered with its Certificate of Quality and Authenticity in accordance with the French Polynesian laws. This certificate attests to the origin of the creation, as well as the evaluation of its quality following the legally defined criteria.
All of my pearls are X-rayed by the Service de la Perliculture, a governmental agency which controls pearl production, in order to verify the thickness of the mother-of-pearl, which must be at least 0.8mm.

How can you offer your jewelry at such a low price? Your competitors claim to have the cheapest prices, but your prices are 3 times less expensive than theirs are
!?!
Answer :
All of my Tahitian pearls come from my pearl farm and the atoll of Ahe, where I have been working for ten years.
I also create my own settings or have them made directly at a foundry, so there is no middleman or wholesaler.
I can therefore offer you the best prices and above all, an incomparable number of choices.
And don’t forget that because your purchases are considered as exports from French Polynesia, you don’t pay the local tax (16%)

After my purchase on eBay, can I go to the website www.perle-de-tahiti.com and add other articles to my shopping cart to benefit from the discount on multiple purchases ?
Answer :
Of course! Once you are redirected to the site www.perle-de-tahiti.com, your eBay purchases will stay in the shopping cart until your order is completed.
You can add other articles and when you pay for the entire contents of the cart, you will benefit from the discount for your multiple purchases.
Do not validate your order until you have finished all of your purchases.

How will my purchases be sent to me
?
Answer :
All pearl jewelry is sent by insured registered mail.
Beauty products are sent by airmail.
Question :
When will I receive my purchases
?
Answer :
After I receive your payment, your purchases will be sent on the following Tuesday or Friday, (when packages can leave Tahiti by plane).
It will take about 8 to 12 days to receive your pearl purchases.
Beauty products take at least 21 days to arrive.
Please be aware that at certain times the customs officers in France are fussier about the arrival of some products and this can cause some delays

Is there an online tracking number
?
Answer :
Unfortunately, registered mail sent from French Polynesia cannot yet be tracked through the internet OPT.
Question :
Will I have to pay an importation tax or a VAT when my purchases arrive in France ?
Answer :
French Polynesia is a territory which benefits from export opportunities to send its products to France.
I have never had any of my clients tell me that they had to pay any tax at the arrival of their purchases.
However, if your order is very expensive, it is possible that you will have to pay the VAT.
Avoid having your order sent to your business address, as businesses are often systematically taxed.
If you are a jewelry professional, you can download your invoices in order to present them to Customs

Is the delivery insured
?
Answer :
The delivery of all my jewelry is automatically insured, and you will be completely reimbursed in case there is any problem (which has never occurred).

Can I return an article in case I am not satisfied ?
Answer :
As with all mail order purchasing you will have 14 days to return your purchase to the address I will send you, and you will be completely reimbursed with no questions asked.
